I believe that therapy is a very personal journey. It’s about owning and sharing our stories, and finding the courage and compassion to understand our lives and make new choices.
Supporting Women’s Mental Health needs of Winnipeg
Step In Counselling helps high-achieving women remember their essence and reconnect with what really matters to them. My clients are incredible women who seek to have more joy, focus, serenity and energy in their lives. I offer support and encouragement for you to be able to reconnect with your self-worth and authenticity. My deepest wish is to help you listen to your intuition and to release old ways of living that no longer serve you.
I offer individual therapy as well as curriculum-based workshops and therapeutic groups. My work is highly influenced by my certification in the work of Dr. Brené Brown, however I am also very committed to incorporating mindfulness into all of the different therapies I offer. I am passionate about what I do and only offer what I actually live myself.
"I want to help you become more
courageous and live authentically."
