Supporting Women’s Growth and Change

Step In Counselling helps women remember their essence and reconnect with what really matters to them. My clients are incredible women who seek to have more joy, focus, serenity and energy in their lives. I offer support and encouragement for you to be able to reconnect with your self-worth and authenticity. My deepest wish is to help you listen to your intuition and to release old ways of living that no longer serve you.

I truly believe women can be empowered to change. I am passionate about creating a safe space for you to do therapeutic work. I will teach you positive coping skills and self-compassion. I will help you love yourself and be a more whole version of yourself.
